Friendly staff and comfortable place right in downtown.
Location is perfect. Right in downtown. The building is well maintained. The staff was friendly and help us get an early check-in. After 12 hours or overnight traveling, that was a real treat! Although we didn’t have a room with a view to the plaza, we did to the mountains! We got a good deal online, so the prize we paid was definitely worth it.
A bigger heater would be nice.

Nice place to stay
Very nice, super clean and right location
We were upgraded to a jr suite cause someone forgot to clean our assigned room Staff was kind of rude even tho we end with a nicer and bigger room they seem not happy doing that, I guess hotel rules have to be follow no matter what Elevator needs a tune up
